BOX-CON: The boxing and conditioning class.

Same awesome training, same unforgettable vibe, new socially distanced set-up.

In this 16 round workout, you will develop your boxing skills and get a hardcore sweaty workout, using a variety of boxing, weights and cardio drills. This 50-minute class consists of 16 x 2-minute rounds with 30-second breaks. Your rounds are broken up into:

• 4 rounds of boxing training

• 4 rounds of cardio training

• 4 more rounds of boxing training

• 4 rounds of light weight exercises

16 rounds later you’ll be leaving the gym fitter, stronger & faster.
