CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes
You can cancel any class via the website up to 8 hours before the start of your class. Your class credit will automatically be returned to your FighterFit account for you to use another time. Refunds are not available. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before your class will be charged as if attended. For any of our Heavyweight/unlimited passes, late cancellations charges are as follows:
Late cancel (after 8 hours) – £10 fee | Non-attendance with no cancellation notice – Full drop-in fee. Currently £17.50.
Courses
When signing up for a course, you are signing up for all classes in the programme.
If you are unable to attend your booked course, you can exchange your course up to 24 hours before the first class.
When cancelling with the required notice, the course credit will be returned to your FighterFit account for future use. Refunds are not available.
If you are unable to attend 1 or 2 classes within your course and provide 24 hours’ notice, you may be able to exchange these for FighterFit class passes, dependent on availability. Exchanges cannot be made after the class has started or without 24 hours’ notice. No more than 2 classes per course can be exchanged.
Personal Training
FighterFit operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for Personal Training bookings. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows, will be charged as if attended.
EXPIRATION DATES & REFUNDS
We operate a no-refunds policy on all purchases, including expired services.
All purchased services and memberships have an expiration date. Please make sure you are aware of the expiration dates before purchasing. Expiration dates on class passes, packages and unlimited memberships cannot be extended and therefore must be used within the specified time frame.
When you purchase any of our products and services you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this website and are agreeing to the contract terms on your purchase receipt and membership contracts.
Once you agree to purchase a membership or sign up to our contract packages you are agreeing to pay the full sum amount as listed in the contract you purchase. You must ensure that you have enough money in your account each month to clear the balance for the monthly membership fees.
Any missed direct debit payments may incur a further admin fee of up to £10.
FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS
Annual memberships can be frozen up to a maximum period of 1 month per year. We do not freeze any memberships or packages during the holiday period in December – January, where there may be reduced operating hours. Membership freezing only applies for annual FighterFit memberships and cannot be used for our 1, 3 & 6 month memberships or weekly passes.
LOST PROPERTY
FighterFit is not responsible for any property or items left behind on our premises, or any items stored in our lockers or any of our storage facilities. Any items left behind at our gym and items which go unclaimed will be disposed of / thrown out of our premises. Fight 2 Fit Ltd t/a FighterFit will not be held liable and is completely indemnified of any loss of property arising from use of our facilities and services.
INJURY & CLAIMS
In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Fight 2 Fit Ltd t/a FighterFit you hereby accept full liability for the risk of partaking in the sport of boxing. You accept that by attending our classes and PT sessions you risk being injured / severely injured / death. You are under no obligation to participate in any activities including sparring, however, in choosing to do so, you understand that due to the nature of boxing as a sport involving physical contact and violence, there is a possibility of injury or death. In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by FighterFit you hereby entirely and completely indemnify Fight 2 Fit Ltd t/a FighterFit from any claims or legal action for any and all injuries and losses of property or otherwise, arising from your participation in any and all of our activities and services.
