The yoga Zoe teaches at FighterFit is a Vinyasa flow combined with Forrest and Power yoga.
- The Vinyasa flow element: breath synchronised movement between poses and in the poses. The poses flow from one to the next, no stop starting, everything is dynamic.
- The Forrest Yoga element: Intelligent sequencing, deeply healing, strong focus on core strength, long holds getting into the nitty gritty – we do not shy away from the challenge!
- The Power Yoga element: Vigorous, athletic and high levels of intensity – determined by the speed of the class or the length of time the poses are held.
