ZOE – Yoga
Having competed s a gymnast for 10 years and boxed with FighterFit, Zoe knows what if feels like to work your body hard! She also understands the affect underlying health issues can have on your fitness and quality of life. After changing her own life through restorative yoga practice, Zoe is dedicated to helping others overcome health & injury concerns and aid speedy recovery.
Zoe uses Vinyasa Flow and Forrest Yoga to strengthen, restore and release tired and injured muscles, with a practice that is relatable, supportive and fun. She knows boxing, she knows yoga and she knows what your body needs to feel amazing.
